TOPLINE was incorporated in 1982 as a Pipeline and Process Engineering firm with the following specialties: pipeline construction, pipeline pigging, supply of pigging accessories, cathodic protection services, pipeline coating, and coating condition monitoring, pipeline integrity surveys and inspection, riser coating inspection, valve maintenance services, pipeline de-scaling and auxiliary pumping.
We also provide complete engineering services from procurement to design & engineering, prefabrication & spooling, installation& maintenance of GRE piping system of various sizes and pressure rating. We have a permanent team of dedicated experts, offering unrivalled blasting and painting services both onshore and offshore locations in Nigeria .
The company since its inception has successfully executed projects for some operating companies in the oil & gas industry. They include: Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited (Eastern and Western Divisions), Nigeria Gas Company, Pan Ocean Oil Co. and Nigeria LNG
